Would you like to be an editor for an online literary journal? Pithead Chapel is seeking a volunteer fiction editor to join our team. Interested candidates should send a paragraph or two explaining why he or she’d be an excellent fit with the journal (touching on personal work ethic, the journal’s aesthetic, and previous editorial experience, if any), along with a list (or website) showcasing his or her previous publications to pitheadchapel@yahoo.com.
The volunteer position requires approx. 3-5 hours of work per week: our editors read, discuss, and decide collectively as a team on what to accept. The editor would also be expected to edit (2-5) pieces for publication each month. If this still sounds appealing, send the required info to the email address above!
